Human Being Is a Guided Biocomputer

Abstract
The author analyses the concept based on the notion that a human being is a very complex computer which can be governed the same way as a technical one. Examples are presented to illustrate the ways of applied use of developed interface analogs «human braincomputer» and fundamental abilities of metaprogramming of human behavior and consciousness which is necessary to take into consideration while developing programs of informational safety for some nations and humanity as a whole.
