Abstract

The article covers social and environmental dominants, i. e. most important factors of social and ecological nature which determine the course of integration and adaptation processes and are estimated using modern procedures. These include environmental culture, environmental ethics and morals, ecodesign of environment; social and environmental tension; health status of the population; global climate changes; maninduced ecological disasters and their consequences; socio-development pressure. Interdisciplinary approach is used. Theoretical results are justified by empirical sociological researches data.
