Ecological Paradigm: The Origins, Formation, Development

On the example of N.N. Moiseev\'s reflections we see critical realization of requirement for other paradigm. The main keys to creation of the necessary paradigm lie not in a layer of the practice, its adjustability, and in criteria base of changes of practice. The new criteria include the ratio of the «structure — system», «consumerism — solidarity», «reasoning — rationality» in their dialectical contradictory unity, cyclical nature. Having changed criteria we will find a paradigm and we will construct both strategy, and tactics of ecological self-expression of mankind.

Information Personality Development In Activity: Environmental Component

The research is focused on the environmental component development of the information personality, the basic foundation for defining the content of the process (Personality — Environment — Activity System); Internet an as environmental phenomenon for the man and as information and educational environment. In their theoretical argumentation the authors arrive at the essential structural and functional characteristics of a hypothetical construct, i.e. information personality. The authors also give the key theoretical grounds reflecting aspects of development of the information personality in the Internet environment and discuss the outcomes of their theoretical and empirical studies of the phenomenon. Key words: development of the personality, the environmental component, information personality, information interaction, information competence, information technology.

The Principles of Environmental and Media Education Integration: Seven Rules of Eco-Media-Pedagogic

Environmental and media education are considered in the article as two priority areas of pedagogy and practice in the context of globalization. The principles of the integration of environmental and media education, the implementation of which will contribute to the development of ecological culture of personality, will reduce the risks of negative effects of the media on the development of ecological culture of the individual and the approval of the ecological imperative of information. The principles formulated as seven rules eko-media-pedagogic. Key words: ecological culture, environmental education, information society, media education, information culture, the principles of the integration.

Sociocultural and Informational Space of Megapolis as a Factor of Children and Youth Ecological Culture Education

The article analyses the problem of the influence of socio-cultural and information space of megapolis on the formation of ecological culture of children and youth. Discusses the phenomenon of ecological culture of a person from a position of adequate socialization of children and youth in the conditions of urban ecosystems.

Think Fundamental — Act Problem Oriented: A Challenge for Physiology and Public Health in the 21st Century

Who celebrates Newton as discoverer of gravity, Einstein as discoverer of the equivalence of energy and matter within space-time, Darwin as the discoverer of the evolution of species, Vernadsky as discoverer of biosphere and Noosphere and Sechenov and Pavlov as the discoverer of inhibition and conditioning, should connect to the «Extended View» the discovery that matter and information can be linked within the semantic space, but also the discovery that the entire process from the Big Bang up to society can be understood as one evolutionary process and attributed to one similar principle of development, namely as a result of alignments carried out by existing objects at a respective point of time within their consensus between the poles of self-reference, consent-reference and environmental reference. The «Extended View» uses, among others, all these perceptions for a comprehensive understanding of how health can be recovered, preserved and increased. Towards this common goal physiology and Public Health do orient ever again according to the ever-changing needs. With own studies on the example of the ability to link matter with information, the applicability in practice and the gain in explanatory power of the «Extended View» gets demonstrated. This provides a technique to tackle seemingly irreconcilable scientific areas such as the mind-body problem, the gap between individual and society, but also between reality, actuality and virtuality on a causal level. To elaborate this very comprehensive theory user-oriented is the aim of the \\\'Stockholm project\\\' which shall be the main focus of this recently created cathedra. Key Words: Extended View on Evolution, ontology and epistemology as tools, application on physiological principles, information, body mind problem, Theory of Functional Systems, Enforcement, Inhibition, Conditioning, competitive effect, life events, Chernobyl.

Technologies for Psychophysiological Functions Correction and Health Reserves Potentiaion: Implementation of Adaptive Medicine Principles

The fundamental possibilities of relations optimization in «man — environment» system, ways of preserving health and adaptational reserves of moderm human beings in conditions of ecological and psychosocial unfavorability are discussed in the paper. Based on the analysis of the main tenets of the «expanded view on a human as ecobiopsychosocial entity» concept (W. Kofler), the theory of functional systems (P.K.Anohin, K.V.Sudakov) and the provisions of adaptive medicine it is proved, that, along with the methods of recreational medicine certain alternative for residents of megacities can serve integrated application of individually selected natural factors, produced by modern technologies. The examples of the development and testing of innovative hardware restorative technologies in correction of psychophysiological status, improvement of psychomotor, mental and physical health of students, people of working age, athletes: 1) the approach based on complex polyrhythmic modal sensory effects, promising to improve the effectiveness of intellectual activity, correction of students psychophysiological functions, 2) new version of adaptation to periodic hypoxia — interval hypoxic-hyperoxic training in potentiation of exercise tolerance, normalizing the autonomic regulation and metabolic processes in young people, which is being actively involved in sports, patients with psychosomatic disorders (for example, ischemic heart disease). The results suggest the principle possibility to maintain and develop health reserves in relatively healthy human, conduct directed rehabilitation of patients psycho-physiological functions, despite the adverse environmental conditions and psychosocial factors. Their use does not replace the powerful sanogenetic potential of natural factors, communications with nature, but can be used complementarily to recreational facilities and techniques.

Nuclear Astrophysics

Recently the scientific society marked several anniversaries, connected with discoveries which have played significant role in the development of astrophysical investigations. The year 2009 was chosen by the United Nations and UNESCO to be the year of astronomy. This was inspired by the 400th anniversary of Galileo Galilei\'s discovery of the telescope, giving the start of regular studies in the field of astronomy. An important contribution to the development not only of the physics of the microworld, but also to the understanding of the processes occurring in the Universe, was the discovery done 100 years ago by E. Rutherford of the atomic nucleus. Since then the investigations in the fields of elementary particles and atomic nuclei have helped to understand many processes in the microworld. 80 years ago K. Yanski used a radiotelescope for the first time in order to accept signals from cosmic objects and at present this part of physics is the most efficient method for studying the properties of the Universe. And finally, the launching into space on 12 April 1961 (50 years ago) of the first sputnik with a human being on board, the Soviet cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, marked the beginning of the investigation of the Universe with the direct participation of man. All these achievements considerably extended our ideas about the Universe. The author of the present work has tried to present some problems of the evolution of the Universe, the nucleosynthesis and cosmochronology from the point of view of nuclear physics and elementary particles, in particular using the latest results, obtained with radioactive nuclear beams. Comparison is made between the processes taking place in the Universe and the mechanism of formation and decay of nuclei, as well as with their interaction at different energies. Examples are given to show the possibilities of nuclear methods to study cosmic objects and the properties of the Universe. The results of studying nuclear reactions, induced by radioactive ion beams, make it possible to analyze in a different way the nucleosynthesis scenario in the region of the lightest elements.
