Abstract
The project «construction of man» as an act aimed at «improving» human nature, considered in connection with one of the basic principles of the state youth policy — the creation of conditions for self-realization of young people. Showing inconsistency this context and emerging issues, as well as possible ways of creating a positive outcome of the course to support innovative youth.
