Culture of Peace: the View From Russia

Abstract
Hermeneutical analysis of «culture of peace» concept, the process of its filling by meanings, orientation to the holistic comprehension of human and nature are made in the paper. The technology of peace creation within individual societies, intergovernmental relations, within the global civilization integrity is offered. A culture of peace is presented as basic, universal value, the condition of the preservation of life on the Earth planet.
