Ecological Culture and The Principle of Universalism

Abstract
Within the discussion line of the problems concerning formation of ecological culture the factor of application of universal, ontological criteria for giving the ecological analysis the supreme nonaccidental and responsible is additionally emphasized. The weak potential of educational systems in terms of forming a culture of thinking and general reflexive selforganization under conditions of local and global crises is taken into account.
