Abstract
The paper considers a section of the A. L. Chizhevsky\'s concept of solarterrestrial relations — ideas about the patterns of the historical process and the structure of the historiometric cycle. Relevant for the analysis and forecast of social dynamics in Russia in 2021–2022, the features of the current — the second phase of the cycle are outlined. To activate destructive processes in society, a mechanism for rapid social transformations is proposed.
