ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: KNOWLEDGE EVIDENCE IDENTIFICATION

The aim of this paper is to give a general overview on our environmental and how we can they described in the broader sense. By this means the question arise, what is our environmental, and which kind of information are needed to characterize it. Until the industrial revolution the information about the environment was descriptive and documented in different way, sometime it was handed over by spoken words from generation to generation. By going forward in time assessing and determining of certain parameter toke place. These parameter can only give a rough overview of the real world. On the other hand it gives the mankind the possibility to mange the takes. In the modern world Scientists and Engineers play a major role, and nearly all of them deal with environmental information, which are gained by observation and measurement. Our environment is complex conglomerate, different approaches are need to capture it as a whole. The simple way are data, these can be gain by observation, or by measurement. Furthermore detailed investigation of certain subjects or areas give a deeper look insight the environment. It has to be noted, that our environment is not a static system at all. Therefore this have to be in mind, if it goes to setup monitoring programs. An another point is to make clear that the investigation and their result follow the argument. To gain the best results of the collected data, observation and investigation it is wise to established this knowledge in regulation and directives. The main scope this paper are to give a general overview how environmental information are used by different communities and organization, either for planning or protection the environment. For example it helps authorities to plan and established certain projects. But these projects could interfere the environment. For these reason environmental awareness have to taken into account. FROM CHRONORISK TO CHRONOTHERAPY, WITH FOCUS ON THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM

An organism’s response to a given stimulus changes predictably depending on the time of its administration, due in large part to the endogenous circadian system. Such changes in susceptibility to a wide variety of stimuli led to the concept of chronorisk to reflect the hours of changing resistance to external agents. Chronorisk also constitutes the foundation for the fields of chronotherapy and chronopharmacology, as circadian rhythms affect all aspects of pharmacology, from absorption and distribution to metabolism and excretion. Recent advances in chronobiology indicated how circadian disruption relates to increased disease risk, and brought awareness about inter-individual disparities in circadian phase (approximated by chronotype). The principle of chronotherapy has evolved accordingly. New studies bring evidence for the merit of determining the optimal time to administer a given medication on a personal basis in preference to making general recommendations in terms of time of day. Accounting for the chronodiagnosis in recommending a time to treat, known as chronotheranostics, is one way to personalize chronotherapy, as illustrated for the case of blood pressure disorders. We present different approaches to chronotherapy and discuss the relative merits of several study designs for personalized chronotherapy. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IS RESHAPING THE REALM OF \"EXPERIENCE\" (经验 JĪNGYÀN) IN CHINESE MEDICINE, FOREVER

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the concept of \\\'Experience\\\' (经验 Jīngyàn) in Chinese Medicine. Knowledge is often rooted in practical experience, and wisdom is derived from such experiences. Historically, Chinese medicine has been based on direct patient interactions. This methodology evaluates individual symptoms, treatment responses, and the overall constitution of the patient. The discipline integrates theory, pattern recognition, diagnosis, and personalized treatments. This understanding is enhanced through hands-on clinical practice. The term \\\\\\\'临床经验\\\\\\\' or \\\\\\\'línchuáng jīngyàn\\\\\\\' specifically denotes clinical experience in the context of Chinese medicine. Keywords: AI (Artificial Intelligence), Chinese medicine, Experience, Jīngyàn, Diagnosis, Treatment, Accuracy

ON THE UNIFICATION OF THE REAL SCIENCES. APPROACH A: ON THE RELEVANCE OF ACTUAL PHYSICAL FACTS

The proof of non-local efficacy enables the second quantum revolution. This was recognized by the Nobel Prize to Clauser, Aspect and Zeilinger, but did not settle the Einstein–Bohr debate. Bohr\'s world view was not the subject of the investigations. What was actually confirmed was Schrödinger\'s prediction that, contrary to Einstein\'s position, nonlocal effects are characteristic of all quantum processes. Einstein\'s research approach served two goals: 1) To solve the epistemological problems resulting from the refutation of the seven-day creation by the theory of evolution. 2) To unify all theories of natural events. Einstein\'s epistemological principles allow to assume as real only that what is empirically secure. For nonlocality empirical findings were presented only after Einstein\'s death. They are considered as secured by the award of the Nobel Prize. Thus, Einstein would have to take them into account today. Therefore it makes sense to take up Larsson\'s suggestion and reactivate the discussion on the nature of nature, its explorability and the unification of theories. The quantum theories and general relativity are indispensable, but so far incompatible. Changes in their mathematical variables are considered incompatible or unnecessary. Therefore, the hope is justified to reach unification by changing only the world view in order to make the identical empirical facts understandable. In this respect also unnoticed physical positions are used, esp. (a) the one of Heisenberg 1955, according to which quantum objects are assigned potentia in the sense of Aristotle, (b) the energetic field (Einstein 1905) not only as a formulaically relevant quantity, but as a precursor of the electromagnetic fields as well as (c) findings of the obviously evolutionary oriented cosmology. Nevertheless, crucial questions like the involvement in the evolutionary process remain open. Approach B tries to close these gaps. Kofler W.W.

ON THE UNIFICATION OF THE REAL SCIENCES. APPROACH В: THE USE OF THE EXTENDED EVOLUTIONARY VIEW

On the one hand, evolutionary theory forces the abandonment of the seven-day creation of objects and the historical rationale for order in nature. This was the central challenge to Bohr and Einstein in their debate. On the other hand, the theory of evolution assumes a single non-preordained development from the most fundamental physical to the highly complex present-day processes. This justifies the search for a unification of all theories, Einstein\'s central but unattained goal. He had hoped to be able to derive the unification of all theories from the empirically determined regularities of the physical theories. Until today, however, neither the unification of the physical forces nor the bridge between RT and quantum physics has succeeded. With the Nobel Prize in Physics 2022, Schrödinger\'s position was corroborated at a special application, according to which entanglement is THE characteristic of all quantum processes. This raises the question of the nature of nature and its evolutionary dynamics from a fundamentally new perspective. With the «Extended View» a unifying framework is available for methodologically different but for health and sustainability irreplaceable theories, in which the different paradigms can be integrated like subsets in a basic set. Starting points are also the non-determined evolutionary process and its partial explorability. The demands on the actors at the beginning of this process were derived from the need for explanation, which arises from the present conditions. It turns out that the characteristics required by Schrödinger were already considered in this approach for reasons of the epistemology used. Approach B attempts to clarify the questions that had to be left open in Approach A despite the expansion of knowledge thanks to the work now honored with the Nobel Prize and further cosmological knowledge gained after Einstein\'s death. SUPPLEMENT TO THE PAPERS’ SERIES ON THE UNIFICATION OF THE REAL SCIENCES APPROACH A: ON THE RELEVANCE OF ACTUAL PHYSICAL FACTS APPROACH В: THE USE OF THE EXTENDED EVOLUTIONARY VIEW

Supplement presents the additional opportunities associated with the introduction of this form of publication. The advantages are particularly significant for publications that lead to a better understanding between previously seemingly incompatible disciplines and for joint solutions. The need is obvious, not only because a lack of networking of knowledge is the reason why current key problems in the world have turned out to have unexpected, unknown or unnoticed consequences of measures that were generally desired at the time. The current need arises from the now no longer negligible incompatibility of QT and RT. This is probably also due to the fact that they are not based on a unified world view. However, a world view cannot be created solely from the perspective of one discipline. For good reason, the positions of as many real sciences as possible should be incorporated into a common framework model. Paradigms that have not yet been taken into account also provide irreplaceable possibilities. For the necessary implementation, everyone must be prepared to understand their own position as a section of the world and to engage, at least temporarily, in a discussion «with the head of the other».
