Abstract
Within the framework of eco-philosophy, which builds upon the traditions of cosmism (including the concepts of N. N. Moiseev), the study of population health emerges as a critical philosophical, medical, cultural, and educational task. This necessitates the development of philosophical, ideological, general scientific, and praxeological approaches essential for fostering societal well-being in Russia. Keywords: N.N.
