Abstract
This article reveals the essence of the concept of «socio-ecological expertise» and emphasized its importance to higher education teaching. Contents of the paper contain a description of some of the conditions necessary for the efficient formation of socio-ecological competence of future professionals in the field of primary education. Key words: ecological and pedagogical competence, social and environmental competence, ecological culture, еcohumanitarian educational paradigm.
